Design Notes

This construct carries BioBrick suffix before the terminator site because mCitrine was cloned into CMV + pSB1AK8 with XbaI, PstI restriction. Scar is added since BioBricks cannot have restiction sites included. The part was submitted as originally constructed and not in pSB1C3 vector.
